Text:   Linda Ann Pectol was born on January 22, 1948, in Murray, Utah, to Ralf and Edith Folker. She entered Heaven's gates on April 16, 2013. Ann had an unwavering faith in God. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many ways through out her life. She married Willard Joey Pectol and had many adventures until his death in 1995.

Ann had an amazing ability to recall facts and memories, and she frequently shared her life story. She was proficient in the English language and composed many beautiful poems and journals. Even though she was unable to have children of her own, in her heart she adopted 7 children of her life long friend, whom she helped love and encourage throughout her life. She was a homemaker, whose presence brightened the room and made life more enjoyable. Family time was most precious to her, and she enjoyed keeping in contact with her siblings and other family members. Ann suffered with Multiple Sclerosis for many years, but maintained an unwavering enthusiasm for life. Every morning, she would have the blinds opened to "allow the sunshine in". In her mind, she was never too old for chocolate milk, watching "The Sound of Music" & pasting glow in the dark stars on the ceiling that would later help her to fall asleep each night by counting them.

Ann was the loving daughter of Ralph and Edith Folker (both deceased) and dearest sister of Ralph Jay Folker Jr. (deceased), Gene (Becky) Folker, Susan (Les) Sasser, Mary (Dan) Pilant, Jane (Rod) Jacobson, Carolee (Randy) Badgett, Claire (Jim) Strong, and Jerri Marie Folker (deceased).

Life long friend, Susan (Richard) Burningham. Children of her heart: Jeffrey (Anna) Pectol, John (Trisha) Pectol, Mike (Helen) Pectol, Rebekah Pectol, Matt (Leigh Anne) Pectol, Shelly (Daniel) Reber, & Daniel Pectol, and several grandchildren who loved her dearly.
